Key Growth Plays
In Chad
JH Energy offers access to two of the most promising oil growth opportunities in Chad: the DOA and LARGEAU Blocks through the operating company, Jia He International Petroleum & Natural Gaz/Chad Co. SA/AG. Both blocks boast strong economic potential and a substantial inventory of drilling prospects.
DOA Block
JH Energy presents a farm-in opportunity for highly prospective and underexplored acreage adjacent to the producing Doba Basin oil fields. This opportunity offers substantial potential in Chad's oil-rich region.

Key Highlights:

1. Exclusive Development Rights
Holds 100% working interest in the 2,035 square kilometer through a Production Sharing Agreement with the Republic of Chad.
2. Strategic Location
The DOA block is located near the prolific Doba Basin, known for its substantial oil production.
3. Resource Potential
Proven reserves of 754 million barrels of oil. Significant oil discoveries have been made in the area, with an estimated recoverable resource potential between 66.5 million to 1.278 billion barrels.
4. Infrastructure Advantage
The region benefits from established infrastructure, including a pipeline operated by ExxonMobil that connects to the Port of Kribi, enabling efficient transportation of oil to international markets, positioning it as a key asset for JH Energy.
5. Anticipates peak production
From the DOA Block to reach 144,544 barrels per day on oil equivalent, utilizing advanced drilling techniques and Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) methods.
6. Resource Value
$45.24 billion at an oil price of $60 per barrel in next 15 years.
Largeau Block
Location: Central Chad, 142,000 square kilometers.
Reserves: Proven reserves of 480 million barrels of oil.
Current Operations: Exploration activities are currently ongoing, with production expected to begin by 2029.
Production Forecast: Largeau block is projected to contribute an additional 15% to JH’s overall production once operations commence.
