JH Energy’s Corporate Responsibility Team, made up of industry experts, collaborates with the Executive Leadership Team to manage sustainability reporting, track emerging trends, and incorporate stakeholder feedback. The Executive Leadership Team, including the CEO and CFO, oversees business strategy, risk management, and governance. Our Board of Directors ensures that governance practices and board composition support effective oversight of strategy, performance, and key risks.
Community Impact
We understand the importance of being engaged in the communities in which we live and work. We offer employees paid volunteer time off to support causes important to them. Our team has also worked closely with local organizations selected by our employees to positively impact the local community.
